Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed and ship during business days only. Pl ease allow 5 - 10 business days for an order to ship after processing. Order processing takes 3 days. Orders are shipping via USPS.
A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online.
International orders can take up to 12 - 16 business days to receive.
We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped.
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!
Due to health reasons, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. When ordering hair please keep this in mind.
We DO NOT issue refunds for worn/damaged hair. If the hair is not returned to us in it's original condition, unused, we can not issue you a refund.
Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged. SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED ONCE SHIPPED.
If it is determined that M Hair Collection is at fault, we will refund/exchange products with no problem.
